A quarterback is needed by the Pittsburgh Steelers. Is Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields, a former standout player at Ohio State, their top target?
The consensus among experts is that the Bears, who own the first pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, will select USC quarterback Caleb Williams. Fields could be traded if they were to take Williams.

Based on the most recent odds, the Steelers are now the clear favorites to sign Fields.
Fields is a -125 trade option for Pittsburgh, per DraftKings. They were able to sign him earlier in the offseason for +550.
Oddsmakers list the Patriots (+650) and Falcons (+600) as among the favorites.
According to reports, Fields gets along well with Mike Tomlin, the head coach of the Steelers. Don’t look now, but there’s a chance the former Buckeye plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers when they visit Ohio the following season.
