The Los Angeles Rams selected Brown IV (6-5, 270) in the fifth round (174th overall) in the 2021 NFL Draft. On August 31, 2021, he joined with the team’s practice squad after being released by the Rams. Brown has played in 12 games (three starts) and had 14 tackles in his three years with the Rams (2021–2023). Brown made seven appearances and tallied five tackles in 2023.
