One of the twelve plaintiffs who are accusing a former high school athletic trainer of sexual abuse is former Buffalo Bills cornerback Shareece Wright. Wright, 36, made his complaint against Tiffany Strauss-Gordon, a former athletic trainer at Colton High School, known in public. Prior to the allegations growing, five other former players had accused the Southern California high school teacher of sexual assault.
When Wright was fifteen years old and a freshman at Colton in 2002, the abuse is said to have started. At the time, Strauss-Gordon was 21. After Buffalo Bills defeated the Atlanta Falcons at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, defensive back Shareece Wright (20) reacted. Jason Getz The first lawsuit was filed in September of 2022.
Harold Strauss, who coached the Colton football team before dying away in 2019, is the mother of Strauss-Gordon. Morgan Stewart, Wright’s lawyer, told ESPN that the familial dynamic and the educational setting came together to form a “perfect storm.”

After attending USC for his undergraduate studies, Wright was chosen in the third round of the 2011 draft by the San Diego Chargers. Surprisingly, Jimmy Smith, a cornerback from Colton High School, led the nation in NFL draft selections that year (first round, Ravens).
