Braves Update: Chris Sale debuts in the Atlanta braves spring about …

The Pittsburgh Pirates will host the Atlanta Braves on Tuesday as they continue their Grapefruit League campaign. The Braves lost 13–4, but Chris Sale looked filthy in his first spring training game.

Sale faced six batters and threw two innings of no-hit ball. He did not allow any walks and got four batters to strike out. His fastball topped out at 97.1 mph and averaged 94.9 mph.

Today at 1:05 ET, the Braves return to action, this time against the Philadelphia Phillies.
