FIA react after reports of Christian Horner’s accuser making…

According to the BBC, Christian Horner’s accuser has officially complained about him to the FIA.

Red Bull has suspended the lady, who has complained to the Formula 1 governing body’s ethics committee.

Following her allegations about Horner’s behavior, an independent lawyer looked into the matter and found no evidence of misconduct.

“At the FIA, inquiries and complaints are received and managed by the Compliance Officer, and the Ethics Committee where appropriate,” the FIA said in response. Both organizations function independently and maintain strict confidentiality all along the way. As such, we are generally unable to verify that we have received any particular complaint, and it is doubtful that we will be able to comment further on the allegations.

 

The off-track scandal has overshadowed Red Bull’s great on-track start to 2024, with Max Verstappen winning both grand prix and Sergio Perez finishing second twice.

Alleged case material was leaked throughout the Formula One paddock following the dismissal of the claim against Red Bull’s CEO and team leader.

However, Horner has insisted that the investigation into him, which has included his wife, stop.
